Happy hump day beautiful people! I hope that you all are enjoying this week so far, and that you’re thankful to have survived that heat wave of a weekend! It was for sure a hot one! But I’m sure all of you positive souls were able to find a way to stay cool! This week’s quote of the day is “Create your own constellation”. It comes from the incredibly talented Pharrell Williams who somehow looks younger and younger every year. So without any more jib jab, let’s get right into this week’s PositiviTea!
I know that I write a lot about what the universe will do for you, and to think positive thoughts to manifest those things you want most. That’s still the case. But I don’t want you to misunderstand me and think that is all you have to do. If that were the case I don’t think I would have had any of the experiences I’ve had or met any of the influential people that I’ve met. I believe in preparing yourself for what the universe and God have for you. That means you can’t sit on your behind and wait for those stars to align.
Just like Pharrell said, “Reach up and rearrange them the way you want”. Do you want that dream job? Start applying. Do your research. Go to networking events and actually talk to people in that industry. Do you want to be in a relationship? Now I admit this one is hard. But you have to put yourself out there. This involves being vulnerable and meeting the frogs to get to your prince or princess. Warning: There may be many, many, many frogs to meet. But I hope that you get my point. Meditating, making vision boards, writing down what you want, and saying daily affirmations of what you want are very helpful. However, that’s not the only thing that will help you reach your goals. Create your own constellation and watch those stars align because YOU put in the work to move them. Yes it’s work, and it will pay off! So I challenge you to reach up and move those stars around yourself this week! Have a great day and as always, don’t forget to spread some PositiviTea!
