Quote of the day – Think of what could go right

Happy Hump Day beautiful people! I hope you all are having an awesome productive week! I want to apologize for being MIA these last couple of weeks. It’s been a lot going on and even though I needed some PositiviTea for myself, I just wasn’t able to carve the time for you. For that, I’m very sorry. But it’s a new week, and a new quote of the day! So let’s jump right into it!

Where are all my people with bad anxiety? I know this isn’t something you want to jump up and scream “MEEEEE!” However, I want you to know that you aren’t alone. I suffer from extreme anxiety and at times I just have to take moments for myself to breathe and gather my bearings. It’s not easy being think of the worst possible scenario all the time. It’s so stressful and for sure not healthy. You think about if you don’t get called back for that job. You think about if that person doesn’t love you. You think about not being able to accomplish that goal that you’ve worked so hard for. You think about everything except for if things actually go right!

So I’m a believer in what you put out to the universe, the universe feels and brings it back to you. Maybe you pray. I do that as well, but I definitely believe what energy you put out to the universe, the universe hears and thinks that’s what you want. So I often have to catch myself when I have negative thoughts, and make sure He universe doesn’t think that’s what I want. Instead of saying that I’m not going to get that job. I’ll say, “I deserve that job.” See what I did there? Now the universe understands that I not only want it, but damn I deserve it! Is there anything that you feel that way about that you could test out?

I dare you to give it a try and see what happens. Have a great day everyone and don’t forget to spread some PositiviTea!
